DataTypical helps you analyze scientific data by ranking its significance. It uses Shapley explanations to make complex results clear. With our application, you’ll gain insights into your data with less effort.
Follow these steps to download and run DataTypical:

On the Releases page, locate the latest version of DataTypical.
DataTypical_Windows.zipDataTypical_mac.zipOnce the download completes, locate the file in your downloads folder.
Extract the contents of the downloaded zip file.
Open the extracted folder and double-click on DataTypical.exe for Windows or DataTypical.app for macOS.

After launching DataTypical, you will see a clean interface. Here’s how to make the most of it:
Upload Your Data: Click on the “Upload Data” button to load your dataset. Supported formats include CSV, Excel, and JSON.
Select Analysis Parameters: Choose which columns to analyze. You can rank various features of your data.
Run the Analysis: Click the “Analyze” button. DataTypical will process the data and provide significance rankings.
View Results: Results will display after analysis. You can click on each ranked item to see the Shapley explanation, which clarifies why each item received its ranking.
Export Findings: Save your rankings and explanations by clicking the “Export” button. You can choose between PDF and CSV formats.
